SwiftSync Technologies is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and professional platform. All users must comply with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, and all applicable laws.
Users must not upload, publish, share, transmit, or link to content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, promotes fraud, harassment, hate, violence, spam, or any material that disrupts the operation, security, or integrity of the SwiftSync platform.
Report a Violation
If you believe any content or user activity violates our policies or applicable law, report it to SwiftSync Technologies through our official support channels. We review reports and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
Enforcement
SwiftSync Technologies reserves the right to remove or restrict any content without prior notice where necessary. Depending on the severity or repeated nature of a violation, we may issue warnings, suspend specific features, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, or report unlawful activities to the relevant authorities.
Appeals
If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may submit an appeal by contacting SwiftSync Technologies within six months of our decision. Each enforcement action is entitled to one appeal. Our decision after review is final.
Nothing in this policy limits SwiftSync Technologies' right to take immediate action where required to protect users, our services, or to comply with applicable laws.
