Rules for lawful, secure, and professional use of SwiftSync accounts, files, AI functions, and supported sharing tools.

Rules for lawful, secure, and professional use of SwiftSync accounts, files, AI functions, and supported sharing tools.

This Policy forms part of the SwiftSync Terms of Use. It applies to every user, account, uploaded file, AI request, ranch record, report, and supported sharing function.

Users may use SwiftSync for lawful swiftlet-ranch management, acoustic work, audio processing, monitoring, analysis, reporting, mapping, supported consultation, and related business operations within the user's access rights.

  • Breaking applicable law or encouraging unlawful conduct
  • Accessing another account, ranch, file, device, or system without authority
  • Sharing, selling, transferring, or exposing login access
  • Bypassing subscription, security, rate, device, or access controls
  • Reverse engineering, extracting, copying, modifying, or redistributing protected software except where law expressly permits
  • Uploading malware, corrupted files, harmful code, deceptive material, or content designed to disrupt the Services
  • Using automated systems to overload, scrape, probe, test, or interfere with the Services without written permission
  • Submitting false reports, fraudulent records, misleading identity information, or deceptive support requests
  • Uploading or sharing content that infringes copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights
  • Using AI functions to generate illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful content
  • Attempting to obtain secrets, system prompts, credentials, private ranch information, or another user's data
  • Removing ownership, copyright, security, or attribution notices from protected material

A user who uploads or shares audio, images, ranch reports, map information, or other material must hold the required rights and choose the intended recipient. Confidential ranch information must not be disclosed without authority. Recipients must not redistribute material contrary to the sender's rights or applicable law.

Users may report suspected violations, harmful files, privacy concerns, infringement, or account misuse through the in-app reporting route where available or by emailing support@swiftsync.tech. Reports should identify the account, file, response, or event and explain the concern without disclosing unnecessary personal information.

The AI Consultant provides an in-app method to report or flag problematic responses. Report reasons include incorrect information, unsafe recommendations, offensive content, unrelated output, and privacy concerns. SwiftSync may review the reported response and related technical context for safety, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

Depending on severity, evidence, risk, and repetition, SwiftSync may issue guidance or a warning, remove or restrict content, limit a function, require security verification, suspend an account, terminate an account, preserve evidence, or refer unlawful activity to relevant authorities. SwiftSync may act immediately where delay creates security, legal, privacy, or user harm.

A user may appeal an enforcement decision within six months by contacting support@swiftsync.tech from the registered email address. The appeal should identify the decision and explain why it should change. SwiftSync will review available records and provide a final internal decision. An appeal does not delay urgent protective action.
