SwiftSync Technologies Copyright Policy
SwiftSync Technologies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of SwiftSync applications, platforms, services, and digital products to respect the same principles.
This Copyright Policy applies to all content, materials, software, data, designs, audio files, acoustic presets, monitoring data, documentation, images, trademarks, and other intellectual property appearing within SwiftSync Technologies products and services, including the SwiftSync AI Acoustic & Monitoring Platform.
If you believe that any content available through SwiftSync Technologies services infringes upon copyrights owned by you or an entity you represent, you may submit a written copyright infringement notification to our designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notification, SwiftSync Technologies may remove, restrict, or disable access to the reported content while reviewing the claim.
To be effective, your copyright infringement notification must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the allegedly infringed work.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered under one notification, provide a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or involved in the alleged infringement, including sufficient information for SwiftSync Technologies to locate the material, such as application page references, account details, file names, URLs, or other relevant identifiers.
- Information sufficient for SwiftSync Technologies to contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the reported material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its authorized representative, or applicable law.
- A statement confirming that the information provided in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
SwiftSync Technologies may request additional information or clarification before taking action regarding reported content. SwiftSync Technologies may also provide relevant details of the copyright complaint to the user who uploaded or provided the reported material to allow direct communication regarding the claim.
Counter Notification
If your content has been removed or access has been restricted due to a copyright complaint, you may submit a counter notification to SwiftSync Technologies.
To be effective, your counter notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or restricted and the location where the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury confirming your good faith belief that the material was removed or restricted due to an error or incorrect identification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement confirming your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and acceptance of legal service from the person who submitted the original copyright complaint.
After receiving a valid counter notification, SwiftSync Technologies may provide a copy of the counter notification to the original complainant.
SwiftSync Technologies may restore removed content or restore access within the applicable legal timeframe unless the original copyright complainant provides evidence of legal action seeking to prevent restoration.
Repeat Copyright Infringement
SwiftSync Technologies may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights.
A repeat infringer includes users who have received multiple copyright infringement notices or whose uploaded materials have been removed multiple times due to confirmed infringement.
SwiftSync Technologies reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account termination, when necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, users, and services.
Account termination notifications may be sent to the email address registered with the SwiftSync platform.

Misrepresentations
Under applicable copyright laws, any person who knowingly submits false claims regarding copyright infringement or falsely claims that content was removed due to copyright infringement may be responsible for damages, including legal costs and related expenses.
SwiftSync Technologies reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals who submit fraudulent, misleading, or abusive copyright claims.
