A simple daily workflow

Select the house

Choose the house you are inspecting so records, sessions, equipment, and observations stay organized.

Capture evidence

Record sound, import an MP3, inspect the live signal, or enter the day’s farm observations.

Review indicators

Compare occupancy, harvest history, SPL, peak, noise, phase, equipment condition, and environment risk.

Save the context

Add notes, tags, markers, measurements, or a saved take so the result remains useful later.

SAE Acoustic Studio

SAE means Swiftlet Acoustic Engineering. It is the main workspace for listening, measuring, and shaping swiftlet sound.

Analysis

Live spectrum, waveform or heatmap, frequency range, zoom, SPL, true peak, noise floor, and phase correlation.

Effects

31-band EQ, compression, limiter, multiband control, de-esser, normalization, delay, harmonics, and noise reduction.

Tweeter Health Check

Checks energy, distortion, irregularity, crackle, and an overall signal-health result.

Use consistent microphone position, gain, playback level, and headphones. The meters support decisions but are not automatically calibrated sound-level instruments.

Professional Recorder

Use it for repeatable, organized field capture.

Choose a mode

Raw keeps the reference signal; light is conservative; strong is for difficult steady noise.

Press Record

Microphone access starts only after you deliberately begin recording.

Add context

Choose the house and session, add a title or note, and place markers for calls or equipment events.

Save the take

Review, tag, and save the recording for editing, sharing, or connected synchronization.

Audio Clipper

A focused audio-only trimming tool for mobile and tablet workflows. Load a file, set start and end points, adjust gain, add fades, preview the selection, and export the result.

Farm Management

This is the operational memory of the farm and each house within it.

House records

Track nests built, nests harvested, weight, bird occupancy, nest occupancy, sound level, temperature, humidity, breeding stage, dates, and notes.

History

Compare houses, review monthly summaries, view trends, select time ranges, and create shareable House Data reports.

Equipment

Review equipment by floor, rename units, record condition, and open detail information during inspection.

Occupancy

Enter physical nest-site observations and use the calculator to validate and estimate occupancy.

Environment Engine

Describe the house size, floors, materials, openings, ventilation, orientation, climate, and weather. Review charts and predictions to identify what should be inspected on site.

Predictions support planning; they do not replace physical temperature, humidity, airflow, or equipment measurements.

Spatial Planning & Mapping

Reason about sound across the whole room and house using dimensions, RT60, absorption, reflection, echo, coverage, tweeter load, placement, and house location mapping.

Swiftlet Breeding Cycle

Organize breeding-stage inspections and structured forecasts. Current farm observations contribute 70%, complete prior inspections for the same house 20%, and regional seasonal patterns 10%. Harvested nests remain events but are not active nests; nests with eggs or chicks are never harvest-ready.

SwiftSync AI

SwiftSync AI is a specialist AI assistant trained and configured around swiftlet farming knowledge, acoustic engineering, logic, and science.

It understands

Swiftlet behavior, farm and house environments, sound and frequency, acoustic diagnosis, equipment, occupancy, breeding observations, and related scientific reasoning.

It checks scope

It uses the farming context, approved SwiftSync knowledge, logical checks, and response validation.

It refuses unrelated questions

Non-swiftlet-farming requests may be refused or returned for clarification instead of receiving an invented answer.

AI guidance supports inspection and decision-making. It does not replace physical verification, calibrated acoustic testing, or experienced professional diagnosis.

Languages

The synchronized app interface supports English, Simplified Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, and Vietnamese. Choose a language in Settings; the preference is remembered on the device.

Use the same positions, gain, time of day, and session naming for comparisons.

Save context

Notes, house, session, weather, equipment, and markers make records useful later.

Separate estimates from facts

Occupancy, environment prediction, and AI advice are decision aids. Confirm important changes in the physical house.
